Composting process
To obtain compost on a special site, cow manure, fresh with litter, is mixed with straw and green mass (mowed grass). This mixture for sanitary processing is loaded into an airtight container, in which there is a forced air supply, the floor and walls are heated. The mixture kept in the container is heated to 70 ° C and this temperature is maintained for 2 hours. At this temperature, pathogenic microorganisms, weeds and their seeds die. There is a constant monitoring of the process for each batch of the mixture and the sanitization time. After that, the mixture is discharged, formed into clamps with the addition of natural (living) bacteria to enrich the compost with nitrogen and implement composting. The composting process is also constantly monitored and with a certain frequency, as necessary, the clamps are moistened with water and mixed to maintain the necessary humidity and air enrichment. The whole composting process takes up to 2 months. After composting, the resulting compost is stored on the site in piles covered with a special membrane so that organic matter is not washed out.
Vermicomposting process
The worms are located in equipped vermireactors where compost is filed up from above. Worms begin to feed at the bottom of the compost and gradually rise to the top layer of the compost. Critical components of the production is constant monitoring of the temperature regime, humidity, oxygen enrichment. The whole process of recycling compost by worms takes about 6 months. The finished vermicompost is cut off with special devices in the lower part of the vermireactors. Vermicompost at the outlet is quite wet, so it is placed in closed rooms with a natural temperature in order to avoid the ingress of weed seeds. Vermicompost stored during the winter period for freezing and biological maturation. In the spring, when thawing, vermicompost gets rid of excess moisture naturally. Vermicompost is ready for use or treatment to obtain an extract ( drawing of vermicompost).
Getting the extract
Vermicompost is filled up in the tank, filled with water and constantly aerated. The resulting mixture is infused at the required temperature for 24 hours. The result is an infusion of vermicompost. Liquid from tanks merges. The residue of the vermicompost mass is treated with alkali in the form of an extract of hardwood ash to extract humates and fulvic acids from vermicompost. After that, both liquids are filtered by separation, mixed and the biological fungicide Trichodermin is added. Ready extract is packaged in the necessary container. The extract obtained has a pH of 9.5 - 9.9. At a pH of 9.5–9.9, the microorganisms are in an anabiotic state, and when diluted with water, the extract acquires a pH level of water and the microorganisms become active.
